Coqui Contracting Group (Coqui Contracting Group LLC) is a licensed residential and commercial contractor serving all 78 municipalities of Puerto Rico. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website and our engagement process.

• Business Assessment — your responses and the email address you optionally provide at the results screen.

• Contact you to schedule or follow up on your requested audit call
• Deliver your scorecard results and any follow-up resources you opted into

Non-Disclosure Agreement

All client engagements — beginning with the initial audit call — are conducted under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. Business data, financials, operational metrics, and system configurations shared during any engagement are treated as strictly confidential. This applies to informal conversations, scorecard submissions, and formal service agreements alike.

Data Storage and Security

Form submissions are transmitted via encrypted HTTPS and stored securely, accessible only to Coqui Contracting Group personnel. We do not store payment information on our infrastructure. No financial credentials are stored on this website.

Cookies

This website does not use persistent tracking cookies. We use browser session storage only for functional purposes (such as preserving your scorecard progress between questions). No cookie consent banner is required because we do not set non-essential cookies.
